The product mainly consists of a filter, a self-priming pump (or submersible pump), and a power distribution system. Operation instructions:

 1. Back wash: See Fig. 1. Back wash shall be operated before running the carwash wastewater purification equipment; open the back wash inlet valve and outlet valve (with all other valves closed), then turn on the water pump to conduct back wash (with the pressure of 0.2Mpa) until the water from the back wash outlet is clean.

2. Front wash: Front wash shall be carried out after the back wash is completed; open the front

wash inlet valve and outlet valve (with all other valves closed), then turn on the water pump to conduct front wash (with the pressure of 0.2Mpa) until the water from the front wash outlet is clean.

 3. Operation: After back wash and front wash for the carwash wastewater purification equipment are completed, proceed to normal operation; open the inlet valve and outlet valve (with all other valves closed); turn the water pump on and the equipment is ready for use (with the pressure of 0.2Mpa); see Fig. 2; water pump pumps the wastewater from sedimentation tank 3 to be processed and then into the clean water tank for use.
