This mattress spring machinery is specially designed for efficient and automated production of mattress springs. The fully automatic equipment can automatically complete multiple processes such as coiling, heat treatment, folding, welding, etc., which can greatly save labor costs. Technical parameters

184 bonnell springs with φ2.2 wire, 5 turns and φ86 are produced as internal spring units measuring 90x190mm. In an 8 hour shift, EBL-80 Mattress Spring Machinery produces about 190 innerspring units for single beds (90x190mm, 8x23 springs) and about 120 innerspring units for double beds (140x190mm, 13x23 springs).
